How does an elevator project with Smartrise run?

You tell us about the building, our engineers survey the site (headroom, pit, power and shaft), and you receive a line-item quote in TZS. The contract is signed digitally, our own CRB-registered team installs and commissions the lift, and you can follow progress in the customer portal until handover, testing, training and warranty documents.

Can the elevator be bought, rented or sourced to a specification?

Yes, all three. Buy the system outright, fully installed and warrantied; rent it for a fixed term with maintenance kept by Smartrise — useful for developers and temporary sites; or give us the building height, use and budget and we match the right manufacturer and specification from our partner network.

What happens after the elevator is handed over?

An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) keeps the lift serviced on a schedule, with renewal reminders three, two and one month before it ends. Our Smartrise IoT Gateway can add remote call control and intercom over 4G or the building LAN, and PIERRE automation can bring the lift call into one building app.
