Beyond passenger lifts

Lifts for goods, cars and construction sites.

Quick answer

Besides passenger elevators, Smartrise sources and installs cargo and freight lifts for warehouses, retail backrooms and industrial sites; car lifts and vertical parking for tight urban plots; and passenger and material hoists that move workers and materials during construction. Hoists are available to buy or rent.

When do you need a cargo or freight lift?

When heavy loads move between floors every day — warehouses, retail backrooms, workshops and industrial sites. A dedicated freight lift keeps goods off passenger lifts and is sized for the load, the trolley and the floor-to-floor height.

What is a car lift?

A car lift moves vehicles between parking levels or stacks them, so more cars fit on a small urban plot. Vertical parking and car-stacking systems suit residential and commercial buildings where land is tight.

What are passenger and material hoists?

Temporary construction hoists fixed to the outside of a building as it goes up. Passenger hoists move site crews floor by floor; material hoists carry blocks, steel and finishes without tying up the main lift. Both can be bought or rented for the length of the build.
